New Year Resolutions

1. Do more exercice
2. Drink more water
3. Go to bed earlier
4. Be more organized with my study
5. Don't take a nap

Goal: My goal for this year is don't take a nap every afternoon.

Plan: Maybe I can do one or two nap in the week, but not every day because it changes all of my organisation and my plan for studying and spend time with my family.

Action: For realise this new year resolution, I need to organize my day with y study, my family, my friends and my extra activities, and the most important: go to bed earlier.
